Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Shipment is subject to stock availability.
2. Shipping Fees & Delivery Time
Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight, size and destination. Standard delivery takes 5–15 business days, while expedited shipping takes 2–5 business days. All delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Restrictions & Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by logistics issues, weather conditions, customs clearance, public holidays, or force majeure events. These situations will not qualify customers for refunds or compensation.
4. Delivery Information
Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping addresses and contact details. We will not be liable for missing packages or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete customer information.
5. Package Inspection & Lost Parcel
Please check your package immediately upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, customers must contact us with photo/video evidence within 24 hours after delivery. No claims will be accepted after the time limit.
Once the tracking status shows “delivered”, the package is considered successfully delivered, and all risks transfer to the customer.
